We ship our merchandise utilizing the best available packaging
material in order to protect the goods from possible damage. All products
will be shipped in a white tube with plastic end caps secure reinforcements.
We selected UPS freight forward delivery and we have been advised by their
business consulting department on how to perform proper packaging procedure.
Standard shipment is via ground service (5 to 7 business days) but you may
choose the faster air services at additional cost. Please also note the
we do process orders all-in-one, so if your order also includes a Build
Your Own product, you have to wait the approval of your pet’s digital
image before the entire order is moved to production phase.
