Please note:
- Rolled prints include a 2.5" border to properly frame and display
your NoblePets™ portrait
- Each portrait is laminated and resistant to UV sun exposure for your
lasting enjoyment
- Estimated Required production process is 12 to 16 business days (+
shipping time) from approval of the uploaded pet's digital image.
- Product sold rolled is not assembled in a frame and will be shipped
in a sturdy white tube
- Orders for multiple items are processed in one shipment
- You have 3 (three) attempts to provide us with a quality image of
your pet’s head. We will notify you via email about the status
of the image revision process. If after three attempts, the image is
deemed unsuitable for the NoblePets production process, we will cancel
the order and charge your credit card a $35 process management fee.
- We will email you the composed image for your perusal prior to printing.
- We will seamlessly blend your pet picture into the original painting
and email to you the composed image for your review prior to printing.
The final result will be a similar look to the original Daniela Ria
painting.
If you have opted to purchase the master licensing rights of the image
we have created for you, please be aware that such image contains elements
(the Noblepets attire) copyrighted by Daniela RIA and Noblepets LLC.
We are releasing the rights to its reproduction exclusively to you and
for your exclusive usage ONLY. No sale or any commercial activity of
such image (and/or its related merchandise) is authorized without breaking
the licensing and copyright law. Violators will be persecuted.
If your NoblePets package arrived to you with exterior damage, please
notify the courier service immediately. Please inspect the contents to
verify possible merchandise internal damages. If damaged, then please
call us because we respectfully request that any returns be reported and
pre-authorized prior to mailing any item back to us. We will assign a
RETURN AUTHORIZATION number, which must be written on
the outside of the box. ANY items returned without this authorization
number, listed on the outside of the box, will be refused. Please contact
us by email CustomerService@NoblePets.com or by telephone at 404-815-7440, to receive a return authorization number. It is our policy to replace
the merchandise only; no refunds are possible due to the particular artistic
value and process of our product(s).
